Track Your Shipment - Keep an Eye on Your Order at All Times

We want you to always know where your order is. That's why we offer simple and fast tracking.

How to find the tracking

You can easily access order tracking via our menu at the top of our website or via the "Order Tracking" link in the footer.

Tracking with order number

After opening the tracking page, you can track your order using your order number and the email address or phone number used during the order.

Enter the required data and click on "Track". You will then be shown the current information about your order.

Tracking with tracking number

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number.

You can enter this directly into the "Tracking number" field. After clicking "Track", you will receive up-to-date information on the shipping status of your shipment.

What information is displayed?

Depending on the shipping service provider, the following information may be displayed:

  • Current shipping status of your order
  • Shipping service provider
  • Shipping history and shipping progress
  • Estimated delivery
  • Ordered products
  • Current location of the shipment (if provided by the shipping service provider)

This way, you always have an overview of your order.
